I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a private practice in Smithtown, treating clients from all areas on Long Island.
I provide Counseling and Psychotherapy. What’s the difference between the two? Counseling is generally short-term treatment used to achieve personal and professional goals. Psychotherapy is generally longer-term during which time underlying issues that get in the way of current satisfaction and happiness are explored.
With understanding and concern, My goal is to help you understand what has shaped your life today and how to resolve your personal challenges. Together we can explore how you want to see your life in the future and take steps toward your goals!
My style is very engaging. Not only does it incorporate collaborative exploration and compassionate listening, but also a ready sense of humor. I’ll help you to build on your existing strengths and resiliency to reach your goals and to attain the personal growth you are committed to accomplishing.
I look forward to working with you…Let’s get started!
